Interview Skills Clinic (ISC) Ltd was set up in 2014 by Elizabeth Conley, after an 20 year career in corporate communications, employee communications and training as Division Director of Aspen Communications and Managing Director of EMA Productions working with clients. She heads up a team of five professional recruitment, interview, and communication coaches. Elizabeth works both as Director, Interview Coach and Interviewer Trainer and has coached thousands of candidates across all levels and sectors,  helping them promote themselves with confidence in an interview. She is an passionate at helping candidates identify their value and promote themselves through story-telling, body language and voice. A specialist in leadership interviews and works across organisations such as Google, Amazon, Bank of England, NHS and the Civil Service.  

Georgina Kvassay is a recruitment and talent development specialist with eighteen years experience leading and developing talent strategies for KPMG UK and for KPMG’s140 member firms, working with global business leaders to develop recruitment strategies to align to their Employee Value Proposition. She has worked for CIPD as a Strategic Adviser for HR Strategy, Insight, and Solutions and has over 5 years experience successfully designing and delivering Interviewer Training Courses For Hiring Managers, delivering training for our clients such as Kepler Consulting, Global Logic, The Institute of Chartred Engineers, Liberty and General Pharmaceutical Council. Additionally Georgina  has extensive one-one interview coaching experience across all sectors and grades. She is a compassionate and inspriring coach and specialist in graduate interviews.

Matthew joined Interview Skills Clinic in 2018 following a highly successful career, both in the Royal Navy and as a senior business leader.  As a former Global Managing Director of World Challenge the largest student lead expedition company in the world with offices across 6 continents, he has significant expertise in the fields of soft-skills development training. He joined Interview Skills in 2018 to help others succeed. Matt has successfully coached over 1,600 clients to identify, prepare and secure the next important step in their careers. His coaching includes students and graduates embarking on their first role to ‘C’ Suite executives seeking more substantial leadership challenges. Additionally, he is an experience interview trainer for organisaitons such as Imperial Colleage and Civil Service. He has recently completed his EMCC qualification in coaching.
