He joined Interview Skills in 2018 to help others succeed. Matt has successfully coached over 1,600 clients to identify, prepare and secure the next important step in their careers. Paul has over 10 years experience as Consultant in Health care, phamaceutical and biotech. He is a qualified Doctor where he  worked as Managing Partner at a large NHS GP practice where he was responsible for recruitment and staff development, and for delivering innovative models of care. He built the list size from 4600 to 13500 patients. Throughout his career he has had a passion for teaching and mentoring students and junior colleagues. Since retirement he has delivered weekly training courses for the  Civil Service Interviews to potential applicants for entry level roles.
